Simulator real estate credit, simulator of loans, simulators of appropriations
Eight people out of ten judge important that the public places and the work places in priority are air-conditioned. Moreover, more and more of private individuals (especially of the women) are tried by the air-conditioning of their housing, mainly the owners of main home and the families which have children of less than 15 years.
If the investigation does not detail which type of air-conditioning is wished, if one judges of it by the effort carried out by the manufacturers and industrial present at the time of this living room, “ecological” air-conditioning seems to have the wheel in motion.
But to associate air-conditioning, ecology and health is not a small matter. Thus, an investigation of the Observatory of the quality of the interior air, concerning a pilot study carried out in 2001 out of 90 residences and 9 schools and made public in 2002, watch which the novel methods of construction allowed of important profits as regards thermo isolation.
This evolution in particular made it possible to reduce the consumption of energy but also caused harmful to limit the movements of air between the interior and outside: in other words the air contained in a building is renewed less and less.
And this effect is accentuated by the use of a system of air-conditioning which brews day after day the same air. It is thus strongly advised to envisage a system of recycling of the ambient air by ventilation.

The price of the services
The offers of service of the professionals do not escape the obligation from posting from the prices.
It is carried out by the means of a single document given to the consumer or by a readable posting placarded on the spot where the service is proposed.
The prices are always posted all inclusive of tax or service included/understood for each service suggested.
Certain professionals must post their prices with the public in such way that they can be read outside:
- hairdressing salons: they must post prices including all taxes of at least ten services among most current (Decree no87-05/C of the 27/3/1987)
- dyers (Stopped no87-01/C of the 27/3/1987)
- shoe-makers (Stopped no83-29/A of the 4/5/1983)
- removers: they are held to give free and obligatorily an estimate before the signature of the contract (Stopped no86-48/A of the 3/11/1986)
- bars and restaurants (Stopped no87-02/C of the 27/3/1987)
- hotels and establishments of lodging (Stopped of the 18/10/1988)
- seasonal hirings with of furnished (Stopped no25-305 of the 16/5/1967)
- camp-site-caravannings: they must post prices including all taxes at the entry for each service suggested thus that the rules of procedure (Stopped no87-03/C of the 27/3/1987)
- finance companies (Decree no84-708 of the 24/7/1984, Article 7)
- professionals of the real estate (Stopped of the 29/6/1990)
- professionals of the car: mechanics (Stopped no87-06/C of the 27/3/1987), agencies of hiring of vehicles (Stopped of the 18/4/1991), driving schools (Stopped no87-07/C of the 19/6/1987)
As regards performances of service, the payment of a tip is never due and the price of possible increases must be specifically indicated (Stopped of the 3/12/1987, Article 1 and 13)
To note Since the 1/1/2002, any information on the prices of products or services must reveal, whatever the support used, the sum totaleTTC which will have to be actually paid by the consumer, expressed in euros (Stopped of the 21/12/2001)
Invoice
Any performance of service of an higher amount to 15 euros must give place to the delivery of an invoice or a note, unless specifications and detailed were written beforehand and that the customer accepted it (Stopped no83-50/A of the 3/10/1983).
In on this side this sum, the delivery of an invoice is optional, except request express of the customer.
The invoice must obligatorily mention:
- the date where it is established
- the name and the address of the person receiving benefits
- the name of the consumer
- the date and the place of execution of the service
- the detailed calculation, in quantity and price, of each service and provided and sold product
- the total sum to be paid net of tax and all inclusive of tax.
Certain performances of service can be the subject of specific measures as regards invoicing. Thus the invoices of the services of distribution of water (private communes or dealers), comprise several headings making it possible to inform the users on what they pay and on the destination of the collected funds: price of the distribution of water, the collection and the treatment of waste water, royalty of the public agencies
In the same way, the invoices of telephone must include in particular: identification of the supplier and the customer, price HT and including all taxes, distinguishing the subscriptions, the fixed prices and options, consumption and services specific or occasional as well as the information according to which the consumer can, with its request, to obtain an itemized bill whose contents are also regulated (Stopped of the 1/2/2002)
Estimate
Certain professionals are held obligatorily to give to their customers an estimate preliminary to any signing of contract and any realization of service. It is a question of protecting the consumers in significant sectors or of enabling them to have a proposal for a price allowing the comparison between several professionals.
Five sectors are thus framed:
Break-down mechanics and repairers in the sector of the building (plumbing, work of the habitat…) and of the electric household appliances: they are held, when the estimated amount of the intervention is higher than 150 euros, to carry out a written estimate, before all work, indicating the price of the services suggested or requested by the consumer (Stopped of the 2/3/1990)
Opticians: before any purchase of glasses, glasses, mountings or lenses, the customer must have received a detailed estimate (Stopped of the 23/7/1996)
Aesthetic surgeons: they are held to give before any surgical operation concerned aesthetic a detailed estimate since the estimated amount of the service is equal or higher than 300€ (Public health code, Article L. 6322-2)
Funerary companies: they must give a detailed and free estimate to the families before any burial or cremation without preliminary request on behalf of these last (Stopped of the 11/1/1999)
Dentists and doctors: they must, when they call upon a supplier or a service provider for the realization of a note dealt with by the health insurance, provide to their patient, under penalty of sanctions, an estimate before the act is carried out and an invoice after its realization (Law no98-1194 of the 23/12/1998)
